Due to the high volume of orders, our warehouse processing time is currently 3-5 business days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

-Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of delivery of an item in order to receive a full refund. 

-Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item in order to receive a store credit or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us at info@atnoonstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund and the customer will be responsible for all returning shipping charges unless you received a damaged or wrong item, in which case we will pay the return shipping cost.
After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect it and process your refund, exchange or issue a store credit. 

* Damages and issues 
All defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

* Final Sale Policy: Sale merchandise, face masks, underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, hair accessories are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.
