To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of delivery of an item in order to receive a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund and the customer will be responsible for all returning shipping charges unless you received a damaged or wrong item, in which case we will pay the return shipping cost.
